Site is located adjoining Mula-Mutha riverfront in Koregaon Park, Pune. This is a multi-functional wide gathering public space that can accommodate range of recreational, art and social services visually and physically connecting people to the Pune riverfront. Art and recreational spaces are divided east and west, which connects outdoor on different levels. These landscape junctions are also used for art therapy sessions. 

Building mass on south is higher and lowers down towards riverfront visually connecting corridors to riverfront. Passive cooling techniques are used like cross ventilation, shading, box windows, thermal mass and jalis for venturi effect. Riverfront landscape is restored and planted with 100% native vegetation.
