Summer Internship: Schaduf – Urban Landscapers, Cairo, Egypt 

Position: Design Intern, Summer 2016

Contribution and Experience:

I worked on projects related to Interior and Landscape design. Initially as an intern, I was involved in research and a brand book for landscape elements and materials for the new upcoming project at El Monte Galala, Ain Sokhna, Egypt. Along with that, I was involved in conceptual design of an ongoing Interior office project then. Won Designer of the Month award held at the office amongst colleagues for designing/ideas for landscape elements like bollards, planters and signboards for upcoming projects. 

Also, represented as ‘Global Citizen’ through Aiesec at German University of Cairo. Office working abroad, Time management, better communication with people from all around the world was worth experiencing and gave me a completely different perspective to look at my academics and life coming back to India in 2016.
